Lateblight Prediction goes Dynamic

The lateblight disease prediction system has had a major update. Although the model on which the system is based is the same, weather data and disease severity values are now stored in a database. This allows us to generate webpages and disease recommendations dynamically. Most of the changes occur in the background, but the most noticeable change is in the map on the front page. Markers on the map now change color based on the current risk level for that weather station and clicking on a marker will bring up a window with a summary showing the current risk level for the station and DSV's for the last 10 days.
